For the past few years, I’ve dealt with night sweats—so bad that I’d wake up to a completely soaked bed. At first, I thought it was just a fluke. I tried changing sheets, blankets, and room temperatures, but nothing helped.
The only solution I could think of was to sleep in a towel. It wasn’t ideal—it was bulky, uncomfortable, and far from luxurious—but it let me swap out the wet towel quickly in the middle of the night.
I know I’m not alone in this, and it’s time we talked about it. Night sweats, especially during hormonal changes like menopause, are more common than we think. But finding real solutions? That’s the hard part.
