Through Pause, Rest & Rewind, we’re creating a restorative outdoor experience right here in Calgary. This private backyard spa is an invitation to pause from the chaos, rest your body, and gently rewind the nervous system.
Our evolving wellness offerings now include:
🔥 A wood-fired Binyasana-style sauna for up to 4 people
❄️ A seasonal cold plunge set into a gravel base for natural cooling
🔥 A firepit lounge designed for connection and warmth under the stars
🧘♀️ Optional add-ons: herbal teas, yoga mats, massage, sound bowls, or guided reflection tools
Whether you’re booking solo or with a small group, this experience is inclusive, body-friendly, and open to all identities.
